Eve’s name in Hebrew is Chava, which means life. She is the first mother. This body of work examines Mother Goddess mythology, almost all of which features trees of life and snakes, and reinterprets Eve as other goddess figures. Here, she is depicted as the Babylonia Mother Goddess from 3500 BCE. Her name is lost to us.
